Hungry?

Most of us know him as Brian-the-cook but his last name is Peterson. Brian does a great job at Billy's in the kitchen. He also goes to school for Auto Tech Mechanic and will fix your car for a very low price :)Brian is very good with computers too. Brian is single and drinks Bud.

Monday's
Monday, Tuesday's are a little slow for news... for example, I think the biggest thing going on right now is that Kevin cut his hand really bad and Billy is threatening to learn to be a cook! So, I'm thinking on slow days where there is little to report perhaps we'll do "employee profiles." Maybe you will learn something about the people who you have been interacting with for a long time....

Whistling Bird
A big group of us took a limo to Gilbert, MN to eat at the Whistling Bird. The food was fantastic. (Billy calls this "research & development). Tim and Jen, Tom and Cindy then picked up the check for dinner!

Sunday Funday
Sunday is always "Fun-day" at Billy's! Miranda and Austin served 90+ breakfasts'! The great breakfast carried on into the day... and into the night. Billy closes on Sunday nights and he was there to the 'bitter end.'
Minnesota Wild and Nascar were on the TV's.
We forgot to mention on Saturday there was a stag-ette party for Amy Godden. Her big day is coming soon! Congratulations to Amy and John, xoxo.

Poor white trash specials
We've been thinking of making Monday nights "poor white trash dinner specials." For example, Shana thought of spam sandwiches. Or red gravy over mashed potatoes (thats just watered down tomato paste I think) You could have powdered milk to drink. Beans and wienies for a side dish. Any other ideas out there? Think back to your childhood ;)

Austin and Keely
The kids will be "servers" 5-9 on Monday nights now so please come in and give them a hard time and lots of tips ; )
Austin's first night is tonight and boy was he nervous to start. Keely has worked evening two times now and loves it.
Also, Keely is working Saturday mornings and Austin is working Sunday morning breakfasts so if you miss out on Monday- come see them on the weekend.

This coming weekend April 13-14
Join us for Both Barrels this weekend for some bluesy- rock. Tommy Watruba plays lead guitar with the band and sometimes joins us on his nights off to entertain us with some great solo guitar and singing. You never know when he will be there so stop by often in the later evening to catch Tommy jammin'.

Saturday April 7th
Erin had a candle party at Billy's at 2:00. "Evie" made the candles, Erin is the saleswoman. She did great! The candles sold quickly and Erin was a great host. She purchased a nacho bar from the kitchen and it was a hit! She also bought all the candle customers a drink. More soy candles are available thru Erin.
Also, Dano had a birthday party for his wife Sue, the big 4-0 at 5:00 that afternoon- move over candle party Sue is in the house! Sue had many friends and family join the party and it looked like everyone had a great time. Thank you for sharing your party at our place-- we love you guys, happy birthday Sue, xoxo.
