We've been thinking of making Monday nights "poor white trash dinner specials." For example, Shana thought of spam sandwiches. Or red gravy over mashed potatoes (thats just watered down tomato paste I think) You could have powdered milk to drink. Beans and wienies for a side dish. Any other ideas out there? Think back to your childhood ;)
