Employee Profile- Kevin
Years of experience in the food industry is the first thing you should know about Kevin. Kevin started out at the age of 14 at the Chinese Lantern and worked there for 4 years. He was at Perkins for 6 years working his way up to a manager.Kevin was the owner of the Kitchen Kettle for 10 years. Kevin also worked at the Ground Round, Dillon's and then changed his interests over to Arrowhead Auto Body and then Waste Management. We are so fortunate to have Kevin @ Billy's now. He makes our delicious breakfasts and also does the Smokehouse. (along with alot of other responsibilities.) It is Kevin's secret Barbeque sauce on the ribs and brisket.
Kevin has been married for almost 18 years to the lovely Lori and has 3 year old Zan- a beautiful daughter.

Memorial Day Weekend
It's gonna rain most of the weekend so for goodness sake do not go camping or to cabins or anywhere but here--- we have the POT BELLIED STALLIONS!
Air conditioning
Billy's is in the process of installing another air conditioner in the dining area so this summer, when, if, it ever warms up it will be nice and cool this summer.

Keely's Prom
As many of you know because Keely talked about it a great deal, she had a blast at prom last weekend. She looked beautiful! Austin's prom is this Saturday nite.

Employee Profile
Greg Belanger is working this weekend. He's been with Billy's for a while now. Greg didn't want to share too much info for his profile saying "All my secrets I keep secret." What he will talk about is that he has 4 sons~ Josh, Joe, Jay and Justin. There is a cool tatoo with his boys' names on his left arm. Greg has been married for 24 years! Greg lived in California for some years and was the #1 machinist. He didn't share that, Billy did. Come on in and see Greg.
This weekend
Karoke!!! Come in and enjoy the smokehouse bar-b-que and sing. There is also a big birthday party in the basement- Cheryl's big 5-0 party.
