Years of experience in the food industry is the first thing you should know about Kevin. Kevin started out at the age of 14 at the Chinese Lantern and worked there for 4 years. He was at Perkins for 6 years working his way up to a manager.Kevin was the owner of the Kitchen Kettle for 10 years. Kevin also worked at the Ground Round, Dillon's and then changed his interests over to Arrowhead Auto Body and then Waste Management. We are so fortunate to have Kevin @ Billy's now. He makes our delicious breakfasts and also does the Smokehouse. (along with alot of other responsibilities.) It is Kevin's secret Barbeque sauce on the ribs and brisket.
Kevin has been married for almost 18 years to the lovely Lori and has 3 year old Zan- a beautiful daughter.
